Get ready to explore shorelines perfect for both sunning and shelling. Rent a kayak and paddle through salt marshes teeming with birds and wildlife unique to Georgia’s coast. You can book a private charter, go fishing from the Tybee Pier & Pavilion or even right on the beach.

Visitors can rent a quaint beach cottage, a multi-story luxury beach home, or lodge at a bed and breakfast or an inn. If you bring a four-legged friend with you, there are plenty of pet-friendly places to stay. Even though our beaches are not pet-friendly, Tybee Island does have a dog park and there are plenty of wildlife trails to explore with your dog.
