Good news! Tybee Restaurant Week returns January 21 – 30, giving patrons a chance to enjoy some of the best flavors the island has to offer at an affordable fixed price. Each participating restaurant will offer a curated multi-course, prix fixe dinner menu between $25-$46 per person. Tybee Restaurant Week presents a great opportunity to go on an epicurean adventure, discovering culinary hidden gems and delicious dishes all while supporting local businesses. It’s a win for you, a win for your budget, and a win for our island eateries. This year, there are six participating restaurants. Here’s a little info on what you can expect from each:
North Beach Bar & Grill
North Beach Bar & Grill invites you to come chill at the grill during Restaurant Week. Located on Tybee’s North Beach, as the name suggests, this beloved restaurant serves up coastal and Caribbean-inspired fares. They are offering three courses of your choice for just $30, which is an excellent deal.
Sundae Café at Tybee
Sundae Café at Tybee is a family-owned eatery that can do both. It’s a great place for a laid-back lunch by day or an upscale dining experience by night. They serve a sizable surf and turf menu with hearty entrees that are sure to satisfy. Sundae Café’s Restaurant Week menu presents three courses for $40. Indulge yourself with a fine first course, a mouthwatering main and a decadent dessert.
Cockspur Grill
Opened in 2020 during the pandemic, Cockspur Grill is a relative newcomer to Tybee’s culinary scene. Nonetheless, the grill has already made a name for itself, serving up an appetizing American Comfort menu. During Restaurant Week, Cockspur Grill is offering three courses – an appetizer, entrée and dessert – for just $35.
Pier 16
Another 2020 addition to the island, Pier 16 set up shop in downtown Tybee just one block from the beach, bringing its fun, family-friendly atmosphere to locals and tourists alike. Pier 16 serves succulent selections from land and sea, and you can experience the best of both in their prix-fixe menu. For Restaurant Week, they are offering four courses for $46 with your choice of starter, soup or salad, main course and dessert.
Mi Vida
Mi Vida is the place for conscious customers. Offering fresh, local and organic options, Mi Vida is a zero-waste brand, believing that sustainability and satisfaction go hand in hand. They present two options for Restaurant Week: Patrons can order coffee, breakfast and a pastry for $20. Or for five bucks more, you can enjoy a drink, sandwich, side and pastry. They can accommodate a diverse range of diets, with vegetarian, vegan, keto and gluten-free menu items available. There’s definitely something for everyone.
A-J’s Dockside
A veteran of Tybee’s food scene, A-J’s Dockside has been pleasing patrons’ palates with their fresh seafood since 2003. If you have yet to try this iconic island establishment, Restaurant Week presents the perfect opportunity to do so. A-J’s is offering three courses for $35 with your choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert. You can pair your meal with a nice bottle of wine for an additional $25.
