September 4 @ 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm EDT
Escape to island time with Sons of Sailors as they bring two completely different nights of Jimmy Buffett music to the stage for one unforgettable weekend celebration of “Gulf & Western” fun.
Formed in 1980, Sons of Sailors has spent more than four decades performing the laid-back, saltwater country sound made famous by Jimmy Buffett. From cruise ships and beach concerts to honky tonks and festivals, the band has built a loyal following with performances so authentic that fans joke they could be arrested for identity theft. With seasoned musicianship, infectious energy, and a deep reverence for Buffett’s music, Sons of Sailors delivers the ultimate Parrothead experience.
Friday Night – Acoustic & Laid-Back
Friday’s show will showcase the more reflective and philosophical side of Buffett’s catalog. Featuring acoustic instrumentation and an easygoing atmosphere, the evening will highlight many of Jimmy’s storytelling classics alongside several original songs from the band. Perfect for fans who love the coastal charm, wit, and mellow grooves that made Buffett a legend.
