Currently undergoing a major renovation and set to debut at the end of 2026, Villa by the Sea is on its way to becoming one of Tybee Island’s most stunning oceanfront escapes. Presently this directly oceanfront, five-bedroom, 4.5-bath features a private pool, hot tub, and exclusive walkway leading directly to the sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean. 

Upon completion, Villa by the Sea will embody a luxury coastal aesthetic, blending open, light-filled interiors with breathtaking front-row panoramic ocean views. The top floor will serve as the home’s centerpiece, where the kitchen, living room, and dining area will all overlook the beach and ocean.
