Private, spacious pool, and hot tub, patio furniture on the decking around the pool, 2 complete kitchens, and 4,700 square feet of marble floors. When you open the door, you must decide which level to investigate first. Have you ever thought that you could rent an oceanfront home with a historic bunker attached? The upper level of this spectacular home overlooks the ocean and Tybee Island Light Station and the international shipping channel Tybee Roads. This lovely home features a DVD player and a soundbar for your enjoyment. The open floor plan allows everyone to mingle easily! You may wish to walk out of the dining area and up to the Spanish American bunker to stand on 19 Evelyn’s Oasis historical bunker while taking in the panoramic views. (Fenced for your safety). 

The living area boasts 2 leather sofas and 3 large chairs so you can relax with all your families and friends.

The dining room now has two 6 foot tables end to end and 14 matching dining chairs for dining in style. 

The main kitchen on the upper level is fully appointed with an acrylic cooktop, large refrigerator and toaster, blender, coffee maker, built-in microwave, and much more!

The den area has 2 built-in twin beds with one twin trundle pullout and a leather sleeper sofa. 

It is also easy to access the screened porch with views of the Atlantic from the hot tub. Access to the beach is from the screened porch or you may walk directly from the pool area to the left of the home taking the beach path to the beach.

Second kitchen off den area: The ground level of this home features another living area complete with galley style kitchen, featuring a full-size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. There is casual dining for 4 at the small dining table plus a dine-on counter for 2.

A gas grill is provided. WiFi is available.

Linen and bath towels provided just bring your beach towels. There is parking for 6 cars.
