Beachside Colony

Beachside Colony is Tybee Island’s ONLY oceanfront resort. We are located mid-island between the Lighthouse and the Pier. Our property stretches a full oceanfront block and offers 2 brand new pools just steps from the ocean. The resort-style pool has a family-friendly sloping entrance and the second pool is heated for year round enjoyment. The expanded outdoor lounge area offers walk- up service at the onsite restaurant, The Deck Beachbar & Kitchen. With an array of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom condos, our Tybee Vacation rentals include amenities such as onsite management office, elevator access to all units, fully equipped kitchens, direct beach access and the most magnificent views on Tybee.
